They contacted me immediately after I booked the tour to ask for my choices of distilleries and confirmed arrangements shortly. Our guide / driver, Danys, reached out the day prior to ensure pick time and place. She showed up on time, transported us smoothly between distilleries, gave us background inform of each distillery and answered our questions regarding distillery or Louisville in general.
